What is your shipping policy for international orders?
PadelShop ships worldwide. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Europe and 7-14 business days for the rest of the world, depending on customs processing.
Can I return a padel racket after testing it on the court?
To be eligible for a full refund, rackets must be returned in their original condition with the plastic wrap on the handle intact. Used rackets cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long do padel balls typically last?
For optimal performance and pressure, we recommend replacing padel balls every 2-3 matches. We also offer pressurized canisters to extend the life of your balls.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
Do you offer warranty on rackets?
Yes, all our rackets come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by impact with walls or other rackets.
