At PadelShop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your new racket or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective plastic on racket handles and original tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
